High temps of 98° for the next week and maybe beyond.
Little chance for rain after today. Only a 20 % chance today.

Thunderstorms are moving in right now. My brother is getting a new roof this week and his corvette is in the garage. He is hoping for hail.

Been waves of thunderstorms all weekend. Interspaced with hot sunshine.

Typical Midwest weather - but we're not in the Midwest; we're in an Alpine Desert Forest ecosystem.

The corn crop is farked, back east...and of course Ice Cream Joe is gonna mandate MOAR in gasoline...but we're getting rain.

Because, HAARP. Amp up the panic; screw everything up. Famine is SO kewel...

I'm really coming to hate people...in GENERAL...German, Ukranian, Swiss, Gnu Yark, Californication...Ore Gone...I hate them almost as much as Kaiser Klaus does.

And I hope THAT useless slug starves and freezes in a Davos gutter, after all the fiat-dollars printed up, that he has, are suddenly recognized as worthless.

I got up at 5:45am. It was 80 degrees outside and so humid it was almost fog.
That's very high night time lows.

Suppose to be in the upper 90s for the next 7-10 days, at least. Forecast highs in the Lafayette area are 99 degrees. Very little chance for rain.

I didn't even go outside yesterday.
That's why imhad to get out early this morning, to water tomatoes, peppers, and trees before the sun clears the tree shadows.

Virginia...shenandoah valley. Wind, cool temps. Not particularly good for growing season but blowing any canadian smoke out to sea....or at least to DC. Which would suit me just fine.

It's normal to have an extended heat period in july/August.
But not in June. 10 more days of this to go.

WE're up one whole degree since this morning.....71 degrees out there.

If this is globull warming....... it's awsomely cool and comfy for this time of year here...but i don't know how this is going to impact my garden. HEYU..m the sun just came out. half way.

94 here with a heat index of 106.
Heat advisories are in place for heat indices up to 110.

Tomorrow will start daily heat warnings, with heat indices exceeding 110 degrees and actual temps hovering around 100.
