Bad Weather!

Tomorrow afternoon sustained winds will be 25-40 mph, with gusts 50-70 mph!
This is in advance of the line of storms with the approaching cold front. Winds will be higher in random storms as the front arrives.

Almost all schools to the west have already have issued early dismissal for tomorrow.

Whoa, Dude! That's some heavy weather. Thanks much, for the head's up, if you don't mind my saying so, 'cuz what you said made me double-check our forecast. Went from 'light rain' to "Heavy SNOW!" As in, starting late afternoon, and piling up all night long.

Eek. Well, the weather doesn't too much excite us, as we're in that habit, as you are, of staying prepared, but seeing as we've an appt. in town tomorrow, maybe I will pick up a few extra whatnots. Like a jigsaw puzzle, or five. lol

That same low will be here tomorrow afternoon bringing severe weather.

It will be like a 5 or 6 hour tropical storm.

I expect a lot of power outages.

Holy Moly!

We're supposed to get rain, followed by a dusting of snow. The temperature will stay just above freezing. It will be wet, cold, and miserable. Good thing I work indoors.

as this storm developes, if it continues to rotate counter clockwise, it will recharge itself off the mosture due east of monterrey mexico. TEX will miss most of this as his moisture was wringing out.

Moving from west to east slowly and intensifying. Should be here around 8pm.

Flood warnings in place. The wind is howling and getting stronger and stronger.
It sure is lik e a winter hurricane.
