But I had to spend all day rigging up a heat tent for my tomatoes along my deck railing .. Then cover ten tomatoes plants I have by the tractor shed with 5 gallon buckets and then cover the buckets with blankets.

Prettiest plants I've had in years. A few celebrities, a few Creoles, but mostly Goliaths. I hope i don't lose them.

A garden will sho' keep ya busy. And satisfied. And anxious. And curios. And confounded. And contented. :thumbsup2:

The wind getting stronger and stronger. I'm a little worried. And this is supposed to continue through the night and all day tomorrow before the winds calm and temps fall into the mid 20s.

I need sleep but I won't get much tonight.

I'm glad I started prepping this morning and finished this afternoon before the wind arrived. No matter how many people you would have to help you, you could never handle tarps in this kind of wind.
Jeebus, a good 45mph gust just blew over.
