Bad Weather!

Mo rain. Only a 30% chance tomorrow, then warm and rain the rest of the week. Cold for next weekend.

I've gotten about 1.5 inches of rain since 5:30am this morning.
Parts of Baton Rouge have gotten 5.5 inches+.

They are distributing sandbags for th9se that need them.
Plenty more rain to come . Here's a current screen shot. You'll see the flood warnings in the BR area.

Non-stop rain. Moderate to heavy, back and forth.

Yards, low undulating spots, ditches full.

Good news is, it looks like all this weather is lifting to the north. Should be out of it in about an hour. Everything south of I-10 looks clear.

Some parts of the interstate have been closed in both directions inside the Baton Rouge city limits due to high water.

Temperature has hovered around zero for two days. Gonna warm up tomorrow.

The glacier at El Yunque has melted...again. The run off is a bit chilly 70F.
