My dad shop perimeters and the perslaine is the first thing to come up after he kills it all with glyphosate. I won't eat it there.

But I ate some yesterday back by da camp. It was pretty good.
I ate like 5 leaves raw and s whole stem! It was tasty!

I would have no issues boiling this down.

It kinda freaks me out though.

no. I'm serious.  they're toxic although you'd have to eat a LOT of it for it to kill ya.   Tomato is a nightshade variety of plant..along with peppers, spinach, potatoes (except sweet potatoes)and tobacco and more.  a certain amount of toxin in it.   PLUS nightshade veggies/foods may very likely be causing some of our existing health conditions to be more problematic.
