Fried De-boned Turkey
I've never seen it done like this.
If you've Ever eaten fried turkey, you'll never eat dry, baked turkey again.

He's a successful business man. He has a company that makes all those seasonings he uses, plus they process deer into sausage , ground deer, etc.
Man, if you've never had a deer meat burrito from around here, your missing out. I like the cheese/jalapeno burritos.
They cook your deer down, with or without pork, with onions, bell pepper, celery, and seasoning. Then make burritos and vacuum pack them for your freezer.
The dude is as clean cut as they come.
The long hair is sowed onto the caps he wears! Lolol!
Gotta love him. And he can cook , too!

We don't really eat fried food here so I've never heard of frying a whole turkey. I'm sure it's good but we just don't fry like that so I find it hard to imagine.
I googled him. He was a Louisiana State Trooper who lost his job after some sort of hit and run boating incident that he was a passenger in. I'm betting he makes a lot more money now than he ever did as a cop and good for him.

I didn't know this. I checked it out.
I'm a little disappointed.

Not much point in being disappointed. It is what it is. The world is full of disappointments unfortunately. It doesn't take away from his cooking.
