Disney lost 1B in Woke Box Office. But i see no signs of them letting up on their propagandizing our kids.
Why is that??
In a recent video, Kelly claimed that Disney's last eight studio releases have failed to generate box office dollars that would offset the expenses in production, marketing, publicity and advertising. Among those films are "Lightyear," "The Little Mermaid," "Elemental" and "Strange World."
There are a few important questions that have been begging for answers the past several years: (1) Is there a market for woke propaganda in popular media?; (2) If so, how much of the population is going to spend to consume that propaganda?; and (3) If there is no market and the business model is a money-losing prospect, then why are so many major corporations abandoning traditional American audiences and pumping out such garbage anyway?

How about this? Disney goes bankrupt and the remains are bought up by Georg Soros' kid.
So they can go Woker than Woke.
Not unlike how hedge-fund manager Eddie Lampert bought up Kmart, and then bought Sears and ran them, together, into the ground. He did okay because his purchase money was a fraction of what the real estate that Sears Holdings owned. PLUS his salary for his complete incompetence.
It seems strange how these people make money by failing, but they do.

The 'invisible hand' has been bitch slapping Disney.
This year marks the 300th anniversary of Adam Smith, the iconic figure behind the theory of free markets, or of what we have since come to call “capitalism.”
Born in June 1723, Smith went on to explain how the “invisible hand” of the market worked as people exercised their choices between certain products. It can shape economies and challenge whole governments. One company in particular appears to be learning that lesson.
i don't think they appear to be learning that lesson...they know what they're doing...they recognize the consequences but they're willing to wade through all that to get to where THEY want to go. see this:
In its annual SEC report, Disney acknowledges that “we face risks relating to misalignment with public and consumer tastes and preferences for entertainment, travel and consumer products.” In an implied nod to Smith, the company observes that “the success of our businesses depends on our ability to consistently create compelling content,” and that “Generally, our revenues and profitability are adversely impacted when our entertainment offerings and products, as well as our methods to make our offerings and products available to consumers, do not achieve sufficient consumer acceptance. Further, consumers’ perceptions of our position on matters of public interest, including our efforts to achieve certain of our environmental and social goals, often differ widely and present risks to our reputation and brands.”
that highlighted part right there says...they're not going to bow to public demand...they will forge ahead and we will be the ones to change or not and if you don't...well........'our efforts to achieve certaon of our environmental and social goals, often differ widely and present risks...PRESENT RISKS to our reputation and our brand. uh huh.... but they're willing to take that risk until something makes the public change to disney's goals.

Re: Random thoughts Disney and Disney film
I haven't watched anything Disney in years. Even before they went "woke", they weren't that great. It's mind-melting, escapist junk for hyperactive children. And their theme parks are overpriced cesspools. Parents should take the kids to a national park or a museum instead.

I didn't think Disney owned Universal. I do know they bought 20th Century Fox a few years ago.

If it wouldn't be for DidsKnees vast holdings, like ESPN, ABC, etc. , they would have died years ago.

I was just thinking of that concept...while contemplating the electric bill. Time was, the utility company...ANY consumer or public-service company...would be proud of REDUCING COST, making their product or service EASIER to use. Rather than wallowing in sham-science Renewable crap, or other Woketardedness.
Target would understand that normal people don't want to play fun and games in the toilets. The idea is repulsive to healthy normal adults. This is something that's the obsession of f@660ts and other sexual deviants and pedophiles.
But Target not only told the objecting public that they were all **TRANSPHOBES** but doubled-down, with twisted-gender children's clothing.
Instagram, and Face___k/Mega, are showing how Woke they are by letting OBVIOUS child pornographers trade, there. Using the codewords, "pizza." And related, to communicate the type of porn offered..."Cheese Pizza" etc. Imagine that!...Pizzagate was NOT a fantasy.
We've got the Woke antiwhite beauty pageants that nobody watches, but Woketarded mega-corporations support with sponsorship. We've got Woke Grammy Awards, with un-listenable noise made by no-talents that check as many Approved boxes as possible: _ Trans _ Mine-Ore-Itty _ Non-American or America-Last _ Other.
And Disney, which sought to create a monopoly on movie production...buying up several successful start-up studios...now is losing it big by cranking out Woke racist idiocy intended to lecture white people in how evil they are.
I hope they fail. I hope it happens after the dollar collapses, so there is NO money to bail them out with, and NO way to get government cash delivered. I DESPISE mediuh in general, but Hell has a special place for the Disney management team.
