Yum. Tomorrow night, you can have store sliced roast beef heated in a skillet with a little Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Served on a hoagie bun with some sliced dill pickle.

Spinach and feta cheese pie in filo pastry. I used to brush the pastry with melted butter but I'm too lazy now and just spray it with olive oil spray.

Guest night so cinnamon rolls as well.

That sounds good, is filo dough like puff pastry? I've heard of it, of course, I just don't know what it's like.

No it's tissue paper thin and you layer it and either brush it with butter or oil.  I spray it lol.   Sweet or savory it's equally good.

I love pulled pork and coleslaw and I've put it on the menu for next week. So thank you as I haven't had it in ages.
