Yes Sprint ,everyone does inflate what they own . My car , to me , is worth a lot more than book value and I can easily sell it for my inflated figure - should some government figure dispute that and arrest me ? My house is valued $200,000 more than I think its worth but some idiot from NY City wants to get out of there and over pay for it - should I refuse his offer and give him back $200,000 that he doesnt want ? Should I have him arrested for overpaying me because that's his value on my house ? That bench you built several years back - is it worth more to you than what the materials cost ? Should some black robe from the government arrest you for selling it for more than it cost you to build .
Its the banks problem if they agree on a worth of an item that you put up front for a loan not the freaking governments .
