And something else. I'm not going to just saute the onions and bell peppers. I'm going to caramelize them. That's the ticket to the best flavor. You need a slightly higher heat to caramelize. And of course , more time. .

One of my favorite meals of all time is fried frog legs.

It's a good thing CJ and Hawk's paths never crossed back in the day when she was working for Gulf Oil in La.

Mai's dis would be her grandkids, today.

Why is it that the most premiere cut of pork, the tenderloin( pork filet mignon) is $2.49-$2.99/lb on sale , and crappy 73% lean ground beef is $3.99/lb on sale? Mad

I think hog farmers are culling, now.

Beef ranchers did this months ago.

Also: Most people EXPECT that they can afford only ground beef. That's what they look for.

And it's healthier meat. I love my pig stuff, but you can't live on it every day. The cholesterol will kill you.

So we're just seeing a temporary imbalance in supply and demand. Shoppers will learn, and the government will turn its club onto the pig farmers, next....

Add a dab of honey to bacon wrapped shrimp. Betcha can't eat just one.
