Black Eyes and Wrapped Thighs

I'm cooking some mo black-eyed peas in the slow cooker, but cooking them with solar power.
About 6 hours in. They are cooked but I'm letting them reduce and get creamed.

I also have some bacon-wrapped, stuffed, chicken thighs I'll put in the small oven later.

The yellow thing is a 1000watt power inverter that's converts DC power into AC power. It's connected to a 100amph battery, that is connected to The controller that sits onntopmof the battery .

The controller is connected to the solar panels out in the yard.

Sounds to die for, YUM Im not working tomorrow I might try that, just not sure if i will be able to find some fresh jalapenos

I use the ones in the jar.
