@HawkTheSlayer, how do you store your cauliflower so it doesn't go bad before you can eat it all?

I've  never stored cauliflower or broccoli.  Eat dat fresh!

But I guess you do it like in the store.

A quick blanch and then freeze it.

We'd love to eat it fresh, but we don't eat that much that fast. 1/4 - 1/3 a head would be plenty for one night's serving for the 2 of us.
