I've done that with potatoes and sweet potatoes but I don't fry so I put them in the oven and they're just as good.

Kirkland's Own Himalayan Sea Salt Crinkle Cut are by far the finest I've had in a long time. In addition they come in a convenient single serving 32 oz package
