Here is joe in poland today and it sounds as if he thinks he is in Ukraine. And his sentences don't make sense....and he doesn't know who is who as far as his cabinet and department heads are. The guy is clearly not capable of carrying out the duties of the office of the president. But then....neither is kalamata. She's got to be reading these articles about unloading her.
