It's strikes me as rather odd. Fauci claims publicly that WuFlu deaths are "too high" yet, he doesn't think that the "Vaccine" deaths are "too high".

It is also very telling that the poster used the word "great" in describing a mass murderer. My guess is that he idolizes other mass murderers like Gacy, Dahmer and others. Could he be the next mass murderer?
