Random Thoughts about Commercials

GHQ a cancer survivor herself in her 30s gave up aluminum pans, aluminum based deodorants, a natural diet....she grows much of her own food. She uses baking soda as a deodorant. seems to work. I use, half the time, gold bond powder as a deodorant.

Also..just let me say. i have eaten high fiber, low beef for decades, lots of veggies, fiber, fish, chicken, water. and it didn't do me any good. maybe it did, since i had a slow growing cancer and no spread, BUT the fact remains...i had it.

eighteen dollars per product.

bought two and it was all i could do to make myself use it up. LOL

you'd do better to get an eleven dollar deodorant with no aluminum in it at any big box store or cvs.    and still....baking soda OR vinegar is as effective. imo

Youzza. Proud of it, are they? If it stank, I think I'd toss it. I mean, considering that rather kills the purpose. LOL.

I know a lot of people think it's a bad idea to use deodorants w/aluminum in them, but I've been using good ol' Arrid XX since I started using deodorant, and it's always served me well. The idea of gobbing powder in the armpits really just doesn't cut it w/me.

True. I know it's a dusting, so whatever possessed me to use "gobbing," is beyond me.

But speaking of the underarm deodorant thing, you reminded me of that age old ad with an octopus using all of her feminine charm to display how to keep all of her underarms, "dry, dry, dry," with Secret underarm anti-perspirant.
Remember that one?
