There are numerous forms of Zinc. Chelated Zinc is more readily absorbed by the body.

But they are man made, they use them a lot in hydroponics so they will not precipitate out of the solution when coming in contact with other elements

Re: Random Thoughts about Covid Winter 2021
Well, my daughter done got herself tested enough to finally come back + for COVID. I am NOT going to miss out on a doc's appt. that I've been waiting on for MONTHS. At least, I don't believe so. Got the 'news' last night. I'll see how I feel come Monday.

I was thinking the same thing .. A lot of well known people seem to want to bite the bullet before this year ended - very noticeable .Calypso Jones wrote:lots of death this year. not all of it natural.

It's ok to die on your own terms.
Not someone else's.
Not someone else's.

Re: Random Thoughts about Covid Winter 2021
A couple of years ago , I lost a high school friend. He was a very good guitar player. Played every kind of music there was!
It was the other way around for me. I learned to read music and took the bass player route before guitar because there were a severe shortage of bass players and organ players back in the day .
He had a recurrence of pancreatic cancer that had been in remission.
Some of us went to see him in bed in his final days.
I would have never have guessed he was dying and his time was many months. He was alert , laughing , and very cognitive.
He didn't live a week, after.
Our classmate told me that he was very sick with the group he brought before and after me.
Home morphine pump, but he was not impaired in any way when I went to visit him!
As the group was leaving, I saw his acoustic guitar in the stand in the living room. I think his son in law played too. It was well tuned.
I picked it up and started playing a few bars of Going To California and singing. One of my friends said , I knew you could play but I didnt know you could sing so well. I told him , I can't but G is my realm. Lol.
As I was leaving, his wife asked me if I could play the whole thing and knew the lyrics. I told her I could. She said John would love to hear it. He heard you, Hawk!
I asked the party to wait for me outside in the SUV.
I explained to my dying friend about the real tuning was double D and I'd have to play it in standard tuning and very simplisticly without any mandolin .
It was the best performance of my life.
One that was truly satisfying. One I'll never forget.
