8oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Extra Sharp Vermont White Cheddar, shredded
8 oz Sharp Yellow Cheddar, Shredded
8oz Monterrey Jack, Shredded.
1 Cup Dukes Mayo.
2 tsp red wine vinegar
2 4oz jars pimentos
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 dashes Franks Red Hot, or other hot sauce
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste.
(I know I should use white pepper, but I like the flavor of black pepper better.)
In a large bowl, "cream" the Cream Cheese with an electric hand mixer. Add all the other ingredients. Fold gently to mix thoroughly. Try not to break up the shreds. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Better to let it sit overnight. Marries the flavors better.
I use it to make Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwiches with a cup of Cream of Tomato Soup, garnished with torn basil.
Try it. It is the best.
I have to try this. We got hooked on Palmetto Pimento cheese after the were cancelled. The owner called BLM a terrorist Organization.
We just cut small peppers (Hot or mild) in half lengthwise.
Fill em up and eat them. Use cold beer to wash them down.

Wats it taste like ?
I've never had it either but I like most cheese. I'm a little iffy about blue cheese though. Once I smell it I find it hard to get it anywhere near my mouth.
""I've never had it either""
An orgy ? I feel confident it wasn't through a lack of offers lol
