We call it "blue" or "blue vein" cheese and I tried some again just yesterday to see if I had acquired a taste for it yet. I hadn't. It was still revolting! Lol

This variety of blue is a very young cheese and milder.

I love blue cheese. I like a all cheese.

Well except cottage cheese. Looks like white vomit with chunks. Blue Stilton Cheese 773625082
