I've never had it either but I like most cheese.  I'm a little iffy about blue cheese though.   Once I smell it I find it hard to get it anywhere near my mouth.

My mother used to love it too but she always called it stinky cheese. It stuck and no-one else ate it. Maybe there was method in her madness and she just wanted it all to herself.

I lubs me some blue cheese . I used to eat it when I was in the grocery business by the chunk . Its also my go to salad dressing
