Turkey Cheese!
I love turkey cheese. @Daily Bread , you need to try this.
Year before last, I bought these huge turkeys at Wal-Mart. I bought 2. They were 20 and 24 pounds.
Price? 25 cents/lb! A 20 pound turkey was $4.99. Lol
This is exactly what I did with them.
It's like HHC but lean and tasty.
Not hard to make at all.

Das money! Stalekracker's famous motto. Lolol.
Fiya!
He took the easy way out and I don't blame him. But if he would have put that carcass back in when the broth was reducing, he wouldn't need certo. But its good insurance for a good gell-up.
I disagree that it's the fat that makes the gel. All fat does is make the cheese greasy. It's da stuff in da bones that make the gel.
He's so clean cut its skeery! The hair is sown onto the cap!
He's also a great businessman. All those seasonings he uses are his line and can now be found in most supermarkets, here.

Re: Turkey Cheese!
That sure looks good and I can never get enough turkey in me . Since I don't know how to cook , a hot dog is a challenge to me , I'll see if the Lil Sicilian will give it a shot .HawkTheSlayer wrote:I love turkey cheese. @Daily Bread , you need to try this.
