The Icing is WOW!!

I'm done.    The icing is abundant and i piled it on.  USE the second icing recipe on page one.   With the three sticks of butter.   indescribable!!

and they're GORGEOUS.  SO RICH and luxurious.   Loaded with icing.   I threw some bacon in the icing as i was mixing it..crunched up fine.

YOU MUST have Maple Flavoring.

THEN used fingers or scissors to cut up the bacon in suitable pieces to adorn the top.

It's gonna be a hit and i'm going to have to take extra for the girls to take home to their husbands.

I made my birthday rum cake earlier this week. I use a 1 1/4 cups rum to make the whole thing..that's cake and glaze. this time it sank in so deliciously. Just saturated with the rum glaze. Awesome.

Took GHQ a couple slices. She loves my rum cake.

Gonna run a couple of these cupcakes over to her also.
