If SCOTUS can "decide" who is allowed to run for President, then why can't they prevent ANYONE they don't like from running? Maybe if the candidate pays them enough money, they will let them run for President...

comparing apples and oranges. Inability to differentiate. and then using the race card...only blacks can use the race card apparently. They fail to note that the other justices whom some ARE black.... did not apparently side with the left.

Biden took documents.
Biden willfully and knowingly took documents.
Biden stored them improperly.... next to the dogbed is considered improper.
Biden shared these documents directly and indirectly with other unknowns.
ie...chinese, hunter, family, hunter's drugged pedophile buddies.

Biden is guilty of the above and it is serious However, says the prosecutor, he is elderly, a 'well meaning gentleman' ( i have issued with that last) and significant memory issues...so...if charged the jury would likely sympathize with him and find him not guilty.......

If there were a shred of honesty, Articles of Impeachment would have been readied now and put to a preliminary vote on Monday.

Impeachment is a FIRING - not a criminal charge.

When an employee goes senile, you fire him.

We can revisit the Special Pleader Prosecutor's decision later. Now that we've established that former Presidents can be charged criminally for what they did in office.

I dare say that FBI agents DIDN'T roust Biden at gunpoint in the middle of the night like what happened to President Trump either!

or has info on the justice that the justice doesn't want made known to public. Like the dems do. Remember Hilliary said, 'if i go down i'm taking half of DC with me.' Did she only say half? i'll have to go back and check that out. I'd say at this point it's near all of them.
