I could do with a nana nap as I've been getting very little sleep.  I have to pull myself together and go out and play the good samaritan though.

my doc gave me hydroxyzine. Know that one?  Good for lots of stuff and you take from 10 to 50 mgs.  50 knocks me for a loop but it is a good sleep.   I took 10 tonite which does the trick of relaxing me.  I'll pop another here in 30 minutes and head off to bed.
