There used to be a mural on a smallgoods factory I'd see on my way to work every day.  It was the picture of a man running and a pig chasing him with a knife and fork and it read   ...

so now to intent is shown. its not trying to ram this crap down our throats per se, as much as clogging the dockets so that real meaningful laws can finaly be enacted. like heavy equipment operators using public highway and water transport systems. the laws concerning those two major issues have been in need of overhaul for way too long. pilots running barges into passenger train bridges and then backing away with out telling anyone. or a cokehead operating a cement mixer. or many ships captns using an oil pipe for their anchor to grab ahold of. get this. we send military to down an unmanned chink balloon AFTER it crosses our land area. WTF? why wasnt it dropped BEFORE it ever reached us? these fuckheads in congress are seeking it to look like a complete clusterfuck so they can abscond with millions of ounces of AU and PT. yes. a tranfer of monetary wealth just because their oppertunity has arrisen.
