Kudos to Kaitlin. She has the temperament and working mind that I wish I did. Instead of arguing or jumping on someone, she urges with a spirit of common sense urging. Oh, how I wish I could be more like her.

Wow.  You give me way too much credit, but thank you.  Not in real life, I'm not.  Just yesterday an old friend and her husband came to visit, after distancing ourselves for some time.  She's pretty cool ...until she gets drunk.  Accused me of smoking.  Kept sniffing the air, and doing that 'blast a laugh' noise that can only go with "You're so busted!"
Only thing is, I hadn't been smoking, so saddled up behind her chair while passing by, and said, "Look, don't start any shit, and there won't be any.  Got it?"
Her husband overheard me.  The look on his face was priceless.
