Browned a cubed, seasoned, pork tenderloin in a little oil. Added onions , bell pepper and celery at the end and cooked until soft.
A little water , some dark roux, a boullion cube , some Tony's seasoning, and a link of thinly sliced smoked sausage , next.
Cooked that real low for a while.
Just added baby carrots and potatoes.
Rice is done.
Having a large Ameretto and pineapple juice!
Watching Protect Smoke on Create TV .
Damn Steven Reichlan can grill some awesome stuff.
