While I agree with your premise, nothing of any significance has come to light. Including removing the "do not remove" tags from his mattresses. Granted jumping through the barricade in The Beast, driving with one hand while choking the Secret Service driver with the other is a bit extreme. He was never cited, let alone arrested.
