We have now shipped all the orders of multiple copies through September. Virtually all of the Canada orders have been shipped out from a Canadian fulfillment center. A few hundred international orders from various countries have now been sent out via regional Amazons. 20,000 copies of the book have now been shipped from our direct fulfillment center and our next discount printing of a second 20,000 is done and the last 1700 backlogged book orders are shipping out.
