Albo says that the scope of the voice will be very limited but fact is that you can't restrict it once it's in the Constitution. It's about land grabs and reparations and treaties and the minister representing indiginous people freely admitted that there is no limit to the scope the Voice will have on any legislation.

Such lies and misrepresentation! VOTE NO!
My thought is , if the voice referendum passes and they get a say in what happens to a very minor point.
That can be changed and they may have much more influence that what we have been told about.
It would be easier to alter it later, than introduce it in the first place.
Oh - we have not been told anything !!!!!!!!
Once voted in it will be impossible to alter or change and will impact the whole country (in a negative way) in perpetuity. "Vote for it now and we'll tell you how it works later" is the epitome of deceipt and no-one in their right mind should fall for it.

How to Give Away Half a Continent.
In my book The Break-up of Australia, published in 2016, the endpapers contained a map from the Native Title Tribunal showing how much land had been ceded to Aboriginal groups since the Keating Labor government’s Native Title Act of 1993. When I first saw the map I was more than surprised by how much of the Australian continent had been given away by this court. The map showed that, as a result of the tribunal’s determinations, some 30.4 per cent of the continent was owned by Aboriginal people in 2016. What’s more, the tribunal had accepted claims, which it had still to formally determine, for another 31.7 per cent of Australian land. That is, by the time this second batch of claims had been determined, 62.1 per cent of the Australian continent would be in Aboriginal hands. At the time, this seemed an extraordinary figure. What was equally extraordinary was that none of this data had attracted any interest from the journalists and editors of our fourth estate.
Last week, I checked the same map again. It had been updated on July 1, 2022, and showed that in the last six years the Native Title Tribunal had been busy handing over much more land to the same people. According to its latest figures, the tribunal has determined that 49.3 per cent of the Australian continent now belongs to Aboriginal people. And there are still more claims waiting for another 13.4 per cent of the continent to be formally determined. So the combined total of land to be defined by the tribunal as belonging to Aboriginal people now amounts to 62.7 per cent of the continent. Only 37.3 per cent of the continent belongs to the rest of us.
To put this in terms of area rather than percentages, Australia contains 7,686,850 square kilometers of land, including Tasmania and the offshore islands (Wikipedia: Geography of Australia) and native title now exists over 3,789,617 square kilometers of it.

The Voice will only make this worse and is intended to.

Indigenous leaders in Western Australia's Kimberley region say recent Closing the Gap data is "unacceptable" as they call for meaningful change to improve the lives of Aboriginal people.

How about Aboriginals try to change their own lives? They have the highest rate by far of incarceration, child criminals, domestic violence, raping of women and children, drunkenness, STDs in Abo children are off the charts and that's abominable! They get more than any other citizen and give nothing. It's take take take. They'd have to be the most degenerate race on earth and they now own half of Australia.
The left wants to just keep throwing money at them which only buys them more booze. They want to give these degenerates control over the entire population. There's little more than 500,000 thousand of them and they get more than $30 billion from the government annually and nothing changes.
Get them off their asses!

If the Spanish or Dutch landed first there wouldn't be a problem. They should be grateful but that's not in their lazy DNA.

A certain motivational speaker used the gimmick of taping $5 bank notes under chairs at his seminars. He then asked his audience to stand up and look under their seat.
"That is the first lesson" he would intone. "If you want to make a buck, you have to get off your backside!"
well as leaders do something about the problems yourselves. Do not pass the buck, do not blame everyone else., do not blame the past. Use the great many resources available wisely. stop wasting billions on lawyers , activists politicians . Sack the many committees that do not improve matters. That will be the start of self pride and determination.

(Thomas Mayo is one of the architects of the Voice referendum proposal and signatory of the Uluru Statement).
We are sick of governments not listening to our voice. We’re going to use the rule book of the nation to force them. There is nothing more powerful than building a First Nations’ voice, a black institution – a black political force to be reckoned with”.
– We will “keep going until we change the system, until we tear down the institutions that harm our people”.
– “We also pay our respects to the elders of the Communist Party, who I think, without a doubt, have played a very important role in our activism”.
– “You know this is the first step. It’s a vital step. Pay the rent, for example. You know, how do we do that in a way that is transparent and that it actually sees reparations and compensation to aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people”.
– “The power in the voice is that it creates the ability for First Nations to go forth with coherent positions on what legislation needs to be created; what legislation needs to be amended and punish politicians that ignore our advice”.

The Voice is a ‘trojan horse for separatism and a divided country’: Bernardi
It's the most radical and divisive proposal ever put forward and it's racist and it's wrong and we now know, thanks to some of the designers of the proposal, that it's actually a trojan horse for separatism and a divided country.

Re: Australian 'Voice' in Parliament - Leftist Lunacy!
Sky News contributor Steve Price says the risk for Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is now “potentially career-ending” after the latest Newspoll revealed support for the Voice is faltering.
“The PM has tied his entire prime ministership to this outcome – he’s started saying now though that the vote is up to the Australian people,” Mr Price said.
“I think the Prime Minister might now be regretting that he hasn’t tried harder to get some sort of bipartisanship.
“If things continue to head in this direction, the pressure to delay change or even dump this referendum will continue to grow.”

Re: Australian 'Voice' in Parliament - Leftist Lunacy!
This has been a poorly constructed campaign right from the beginning...over too long a period....
Poor insofar as no-one has ever been told of what rights
were going to be given to the indigenous...
Its like giving someone a job and not advising what duties are to be performed until day 1...
There has and always will be a lack of trust in government
which has worsened since the debacle of the pandemic
remembering how all the state premiers treated us...
Add to this the billions of dollars the indigenous get plus
their constant whining over anything and everything and it was always going to be
a hard sell....
