Taste.  It's good.  But i think you must like sweet.  it's an occasional treat or special occasion but i'm a bit of a traditionalist too..like Veg.

I enjoy a chicken burger, chicken thigh boned out for the paddy, fresh lettuce, raw onion, beetroot, sometimes a fried egg, mayo and a splash of mustard, and a little cheese grilled on the bun

Ground chicken patties are da bomb! Like chicken sausage without the casing. Seasoning, onion, bell pepper, garlic, celery, grated carrot, green onions.

Almost as good as choupique( shoepick) patties.

Usually use boneless thigh meat.

So what I did was make a burger but half thickness. Then,  put the cream cheese. Then make another burger and lay it on top closeing up the ends like putting 2 pie shells together. They are still very large. I made 2 big ones and one slider with what was left of 1 pound of ground  beef.

Next time I'll try some crushed pineapple and pepper jack cheese.
I prolly will only be able to eat one.
But that little one is insurance.

""pineapple and pepper jack cheese. ""

I do enjoy an Hawaiian pizza,
For stuffing things, that frozen seasoning blend works great. It all chopped up small . But fresh is better.

For boneless thighs, or boneless or bone-in breasts you can just stuff them with that and some cream cheese. CC won't run out like regular cheese. But crushed pineapple is good and lends itself well to chicken.

Of course you have to wrap that in bacon too, for the grill.
If I had some bacon today, I'd wrap my hamburgers in it! Tucker and the Elvis Burger - Page 2 773625082

I'm going shopping tomorrow so I might get a 12ounce pack . You can hardly even find a 1lb. Pack .
