its boiling down to money from cartels vs money from counties. as youve seen already, some cartels have won, and some counties lost.

I'm not looking for perfection. I don't even come close to expecting it. Why must you read more into my words than what I've said? I'm well aware of the fact that the justice system in this country suffers its faults, and most of what they are.
I'll not allow that to deter from my desire to have as many rots off our streets as gets there.

Really. If I did something stupid enough to land me in jail, I would view reading as a reward.
