What a pack of lies...
Everyone in Oz laughs at the unemployment rate..its been doctored by
grubberment for years...
The employed includes everyone who works for two hours a week....
The unemployment rate is more like three times what they announce...
We all know of this blatant lie...3.9%...lies....

Well...this is what comes of Liberals' Utopia.

Where no one works, and everyone collects government checks; and every election year, the checks are increased.

WHILE the government tightens the collar, threatening destruction - cutting off recalcitrant subjects who object to face diapers, lockdowns, Jabs, etc.

It's worldwide. How could the politicians in Germany go as psycho as those in America and Canada? The whole world at once?

But it's going to be resolved. Maybe not the way we want, but it will come to some sort of fruition.

Here's a guy by the name of Mike Adams...from Texas. He's been around awhile, but he's seemingly quite prognostic these days. He's predicting a dirty bomb put in place by Chinese/Russian invaders, who will be welcomed in by America's moronic Elites.

Ambos in all Oz states have been complaining about ramping for a long
long time...(including NSW)...
Yesterday, the NSW premier announced that they were looking at a plan which would have ambos dropping off non urgent cases at GPs
medical centres and...wait for it....pharmacies....

Drop a patient off at a chemist so as they can give him a panadol....

Someone said NSW needs 2000 more paramedics...
All this is duplicated in every other state in oz....
Meanwhile, in NSW 18,000 teachers went on strike
yesterday for higher wages due to inflation etc....
I must be sounding like a broken record....
Nothing changes in good old Oz....
It just continues to get worse....

There are 436,000 occupied social housing dwellings in Oz and 500,000 on a waiting list.  Assuming there is more than 1 person in each dwelling that amounts to well over 1 million people.  Probably 3 times that.

Maybe it's the mentality of a minority of people that expect the government to provide everything for them without planning for their own existence and all the while spitting out children.  I'd hazard a guess that she's been on welfare her whole life.

Call me harsh but the government can't provide a crutch and permanent cheap accommodation for everyone who wants it and I get sick of people crying (5 minutes of fame) about the government not doing more.

Umm...maybe they can all live in their cars....

In NZ you can get a LIM report on the property

If you’re thinking of buying a house without getting a LIM report, you might want to reconsider your game plan. The short-term gain on your wallet could lead to long-term pain!

It pays to learn all you can about a property you’re keen on. A Land Information Memorandum (LIM) is a report prepared by the local council at your request. It provides a summary of the current property information held by the different departments at council on the day the LIM was produced. However, be aware that it does not provide all information on the property. For example, if the council hasn’t been notified of a weathertightness issue with the property, it won’t show on the LIM.

A LIM provides information about some or all of the following:

Stormwater or sewage drains

Any Heritage New Zealand protection

Special land features such as erosion or flooding

Any rates owing on the land

Permits, building consents or requisitions, and other certificates previously issued by the local council or building consent authority

Zoning – how the land may be used and any conditions that apply

Any notices to the council by any statutory organisation that has the power to classify land or buildings for any purpose

Any notices to the council given by any network utility operator under the Building Act

Any other information that the council thinks is relevant.

These are a VERY BASIC shipping container homes, far from the fancy ones.  I honestly can't see the problem.
