Re: Questionnaire for New Doc Visit
Yeah, I would question the software stuff too as I have neither one and have no desire to. It certainly seems like you would be wise to seek another neurologist even if it involves more driving.

Re: Questionnaire for New Doc Visit
Awhile back I had to do something online and was told to use Chrome or Firefox. It was not anything medical but maybe it was a product test survey of some description. I asked them WHY although I used both at the time anyway.
They did tell me the reasoning but for the life of me I can't remember their response so sorry I am absolutely NO help whatsoever.
I'd ask them.

And you also have to choose the method you want to receive the code, Text, or Voice.
Guess what. I have neither capabilities. I have a laptop, and a landline. Obviously, they don't 'do' text nor voice.
Why would it matter which browser I use?
I've got a strong feeling that this is not going to be a good fit.
I don't understand why they can't send you an email.
You should be able to load chrome on one of your tabs/pages, though.
You may be able load the chrome app and store it in your saved pages or shortcuts.

I'd tell them to pull my finger.

You are for a sure a help no end! Your back-up is sincerely appreciated. Than you. I'm not knowing what to do, and just knowing that someone understands that, helps me realize I'm not so very off coarse, after all.Red Lily wrote:Awhile back I had to do something online and was told to use Chrome or Firefox. Having thought some more about it. It MAY be that whatever software they use, does "better" with Chrome or Firefox (although it wouldn't/shouldn't matter if they just use email). They should have told you this rather than lead you to believe that you MUST use Chrome or Firefox. I agree with Red Lily, I would ask them about this and it may be something to keep under your hat when it comes to bedside manner as well. Sometimes little things like this gives away BIG things about their compassion, professionalism, mannerisms, communication skills, etc.

heres the skinny: William Barber caught a chink bullet in his hip on fox hill. they removed the bullet and he went on about his life. betcha he did not add any oils to his joints throughout the rest of his life. he died of bone marrow cancer. as for me, the oil from my hands after i eat beef jerky and after i eat chicken gets rubbed directly onto my wrists, elbows, shoulders and lower back until i have no more oils on my hands. licking my hands allows me to see if they are for the most part oil free. 2Cent. ive told you about doing this before. and you say you cant walk a quarter mile. how often have you rubbed meat oils into your joints? i prolly already know the answer. if youd oil up and take short hikes in your woods with hubby and/or best freind, ( go armed .380 super auto ), you would feel alot better gradualy increasing your livelyhood.

@HawkTheSlayer, oh, I've got chrome and fire, both. I refuse to have anything to do w/google; and f.f. isn't much better, when it comes to data mining. I'm not going to share my health records with everybody and his brother.HawkTheSlayer wrote:2cent wrote:This doc's office - another page of paperwork - insists that your browser be either Google Chrome or Firefox. I don't understand why they can't simply call me like most people w/manners do.

I understand.
One time the docs office took some naked pics of me.
They ended up on xvideos. I had to get a new phone number.
Dats not true, no.
