Baltimore Visit

We just spent a long weekend in Baltimore and while I know that there is a great ugly underbelly to that city, I have to say, I was impressed with its beauty.  We stayed in the Mount Vernon area and attended a graduation ceremony at Johns Hopkins.  The architecture was amazing and the people were very nice to us.  We even chatted up the somewhat dour uber drivers and had them laughing by the end of the rides.

That's all I knew and I was afraid to go there.

My daughter and son in law have lived there 7 years and know where to go and what to avoid.

It looks lovely. Glad you had a good time. If that's a church diagonally left of the monument it looks beautiful.
