Easy Potato Balls!

They look really good. Kinda like Arancini but with potato instead of rice.

I think they would be better made with shredded potato like hash browns and no or very little flour added to the potato.

That's the best thing about recipes though. Find something and get the idea, make it once or twice, then tweak it until it suits.

Too much work . I coulda enjoyed um just as good when I mashed them hot.
I licked the masher clean.

I don't eat too many tatas but I like my tata mash with garlic and cheese.

Dat look like sumting i had at a little restaurant on the banks of Lake Anna last year. Yummy. Served with chipotle dippin' sauce. I will defnately try dese.

Dipping sauce would have hit the spot. It never crossed my mind.

Could have made a little cocktail sauce with ketchup, Sriracha,  and Cajun Power brand garlic sauce or garlic juice.  

Some ranch dressing on the side and some honey, too.

I could have prolly made 30 smaller ones. That was only 2 pounds of peeled potatoes.

But nothing like HP's. Different texture. Lighter.

We eat a lot of potatoes, In various concoctions , I never go into vege shop without buying some


I prefer a roaster, masher over a waxy variety unless making a potato salad ,or a new season boiled baby type thing
