I did the shopping and got some steak from Woolies.
It is only the 'sizzle' steak, they are ok. No fat, no bones, 8 thin slices for $10.
Marinated 3 pieces in squeezed lemon juice, pressed ginger juice/pulp and some spice combo I bought from a hippie a few years ago. (Circcumon Forte ?)
Had leftover salad with it and one of my home brew beers.

Really, feel good now, Not too heavy at all. Quite 'clean' happy tummy food.
