I think you have misinterpreted his comments.

Mr Biden says 'Some industries are at 96, 97, 98% and the US won't get back to normal till many more are vaccinated than are currently vaccinated.

He is NOT saying 98% have to get vaccinated or I won't let the US get back to normal.

Who decides what "normal" is? Who decides when "normal" has been achieved? Since the Wuhan virus statistics have been so manipulated, skewed and massaged, who will decide when the threshold has been reached? How many injections are enough? Will we EVER truly know the long term affects of the "vaccines"? What about the mantra of "my body, my choice"?

If the CDC today publicized that 98% had been "vaccinated", who is keeping records to determine whether that is accurate or not? The media? Government? "Health officials"? The CDC? The WHO?
