It doesn't at all look like the lawsuit against Prince Andrew can amount to much at all. He should just ignore the whole thing.

This is a civil suit in a US Court. If Andrew does nothing he will default. Unless he has assets in this country, and he hasn't, there is nothing to collect. The girl would have to go to the British High Court. First they will have to establish that there is a treaty between GB and the US that provides a remedy between the royal family and US citizens for just this specific issue. i doubt there is. assuming that one can be fashioned, such as calling it an assault or something the next step would be to take the default judgment and the treaty to the International Court at the Hague. Have you got a headache yet? Now the little lady has to find a lawyer authorized to appear in international court. The matter would be placed on the court docket, along with other matters in the entire world. NOW, assuming Andrew hasn:t died of old age, his lawyers can fight the matter perhaps that the treaty wasn:t intended for civil sex accusations. it can tie up in the Hague for decades.

Of course. They investigated and could find no evidence that a crime was committed in England. The girl made a bare accusation backed by nothing at all. She couldn't even prove that she was in London. She sued him in the states. As I predicted Andrew did nothing. There's no case in England.

i never saw him speak up when another celeb was accused. that alone makes him guilty, for he never was able to escape scrutiny himself.
