of course we know that texas rinos are trying t0 impeach paxton and it is not going well for them.  Paxton's attorneys are making these guys look like total circus clowns.

I gotta tell you this story.   YEARS ago i had to take a renter to court.    Now for some reason i got  either a subpoena or something about the court date and a sheriff's deputy brought it to my door. I'd been waiting on it or knew to expect it or something...as i said, it's been years...but anyway. As she was handing it to me, she said to me.  YOu know...they got your address wrong on here so  i'm going to tell you how to get around this and she proceeded to do just that and i decided to let her talk.    thanked her when she was done and that ended our conversation at the door.  You see..she thought I was the one being sued.

I went down to the courthouse where i had originally filed my paper work and told them what this deputy had said to me.     I don't know the final outcome, maybe nothing happened, maybe something did...but the clerks were livid in my presence anyway so perhaps the sheriff got to read this female deputy the riot act for embarrassing him.  

anyway... law enforcement.  you can't shoot 'em.

I've had renters pull some fast ones on me and sometimes they win....but i don't think i've ever had law enforcement look out for MY Rights.

now we can all see that the case against paxton is based on lies and is falling apart but in today's america that means nothing to the left and the rinos who are actually stealth democrats.

I don't understand. Why wouldn't Sen. Paxton want to testify? Maybe the author could've torn himself away from all his drama and rhetoric for a moment to search that one out?

At least he did admit that, in the end, the senator didn't need to attend court, anyway.

I think I'll read the other posted articles. Perhaps some facts - as opposed to story telling - will come to light.

Finally, some actual facts in the case. So, iow, a bunch of RINO's & Co. were accusing Sen. Paxton of anything they could think of, in hopes that some or any of it would stick. As a commenter in another article stated, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if the Bush's and/or Rove was involved. They don't like it when somebody interferes with their family clans. I mean plans.
