#1 - I can't take some guy with a fake Aussie accent telling me and my Bronx accent that shit doesn't stick to pans that don't scratch - I know better .
#2 - how come they don't get Aussie girls to do these commercial - I love their accent and they're all cute .
#3 What the hell is a "Flaming Willie " that he cooked ? Sounds like someone has herpes .
As long as you don't mind ingesting a little copper every time you eat

I use cast iron skillets. I've had the 12" for close to 20 yrs. I use it to barbecue. The only issue is the weight. I would prefer the one with the tab on the front. Recently saw that a finger from a baseball glove makes a good holder

I move pots and pans around quickly on and off the heat when I'm cooking so I find cast iron too heavy as you've got to really concentrate when you pick them up.
They're certainly great for more even heat distribution though.

I use a cast iron pan for everything.
I screwed up when I redid the kitchen. You should have heard the wife scream when I went to put it on the new glass top stove. Now its exiled to my outdoor kitchen along with me.
