That was back in 1981. For 2 whole weeks the wether never got above 7. That was before they had a wind chill factor

dude I worked construction at 18years old... for $8.25 and most days i never got 8hrs.

It’s never been fixed. The only thing that’s different is the names have been changed to protect the guilty.
