I'm familiar with diesel engines. The old Detroit diesel engines were notorious for producing black smoke if you "lugged" the engine, driving in a too high gear at a low speed. Cummins and Caterpillar developed engines that were low RPM, reducing the overloading of fuel in the cylinders.
Isn't it funny how this topic morphed from Ozempic to Diesel engines?
But, I'm not a diesel mechanic...but Rolling Coal is A Thing. I see it every day, and not on Eww Toob, either. On the street.
You can spot the asshole. He's driving aggressively, gets in front of someone he doesn't approve of - a little car, a bicycle or motorcycle, or another truck he doesn't approve of.
And on goes the smoke. Oily, sooty. Nasty.
A lot of times his tailpipe might not be on the right side, or the subject can move to the wrong side.

What i like are the men, i haven't seen a woman do this, but men who decide they'll limit another driver's speed or movement with their car and blocking the 'offending' driver in so they can't pass or get away from the monitoring driver.

Those on ozempic/wegovy are 45 times more likely to have suicidal thoughts. The Captain's doctor, his diabetic doctor, asked him if he'd like to take ozempic. After the doctor told him that he'd feel nauseated for about 30 days The Captain said no thanks. I feel for diabetics. It is hard to lose weight when your insulin is out of whack. It can be done but it isn't easy. I've known only one person who has reversed his prediabetes and that was my long gone step father.

It's disturbing how they're still pushing and promoting this drug, even after all the negative things coming out about it. You'd have to be a damn fool to go on this crap. My mother was considering going on it, but I talked her out of it, and she hasn't mentioned it since.

If you pay attention to the stuff they say fast (if you can catch it), the side effects are worse than whatever you are prescribed the drug for. Taking ANY drug just for weight loss is nonsensical. The medical field has proven that they have no problem lying and covering up the facts to a patient. Acting as your own doctor and taking illegal drugs is basically like going to court and acting as your own attorney!
Big Pharma gives doctors BIG bucks to use certain drugs and downplay others.

i tried to help a diabetic extremely over weight person once. she had very little desire to change. like she was suicidal. family has alot to do with it. emotional support. i think a non habitual liar would be able to loose weight and keep it off than a pants on fire liar would. but thats just my opinion.

I was well along on it, before breaking my hip.
I just know my weight is launching, now...but, one hopes, once I regain use of my leg, I can again get more exercise and cut back on the grazing.
But, I'd done well in getting my blood sugar and A1C down.
No, it is not easy.

No, it isn't easy at all! Both of my parents broke their hips and I know from experience that it's not an easy surgery nor recovery. My Mother had to have the surgery 3 times and ended up unable to walk, it was horrible to watch. My brother fell out of a hospital bed and broke his hip before passing away.
