Small Group of Wealthy say Tax us More

Not a very virtuous virtue signal.....and why give it in taxes....why don't they help people withoug involving govt. Because they have an agenda. Makes you wonder what these folk and politicians all over the world have been promised for going along with depopulation, 15 minute cities, loss of freedom...for us, not them.

We need to END...the near-total proliferation of RENTIER RICH.

Those who get rich off the government teat. These days that is all of them.

Of course the wealthy say "tax us more"... They don't pay taxes on most of their earnings anyway because of loopholes. It is the average American who can't afford the loopholes that ends up paying more taxes.

I've always structured my life in a way to avoid taxes, mostly out of spite. I had 3 kids, used mortgage interest and work use of personal vehicle deductions to make out on my taxes. I no longer have those deductions and I pay tens of thousands more in income tax, but as a divorced empty nester I'm doing better financially so the taxes aren't an issue for me.

I'm glad you are doing better financially. I can't help but worry about those who work meager jobs that our politicians tax the snot out of though...
