So, does this mean that criminals will have to use large arms to rob, rape, home invade and assault civilians once this bill is rammed through?

no. it means no sidearms for military of any nation.

Oh, I think I have a very clear picture of what the left hopes to do. Destroy monuments, defund law enforcement, do away with our country's borders, destroy the economy, increase the deficit, legislate via EO's, make a sham of elections and do everything to move the country towards Communism.
