Lol.
I never thought this thread would get so many replies.
I just put it out there in real time as a courtesy.
Funny how things work out , sometimes.
You spend your time crafting a serious thread and copy/paste, and linkies, and more linkies, and get little.

Oh, we get that one, too! So I bet you do, as well. It's on in the middle of the night, though, so I rarely catch it.HawkTheSlayer wrote:I could never get into wild wild west , although I used to watch it.2cent wrote:Rawhide is on the channels I get on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Comes on right after Wild, Wild West. Don't always catch it, 'cuz there's a garden and such, but that one is definitely a classic.billy the kid wrote:Yep...I remember the same...something negative about the title whichHawkTheSlayer wrote:Billy, i have to admit , I wouldn't watch one movie for a long time because of the title.billy the kid wrote:Eastwood is one of the all time greats...
Id watch his movies all day if I could...
Pale Rider..Outlaw Josey Wales...
The Good, The Bad and the Ugly...Grand Torino...
Heartbreak Ridge...Dirty Harry movies...
Every Which Way movies...
Strip the caddy Clyde....
The list is endless.....
But I'll tell you what. It was great , too.
I liked the story line and script and the ending was very good and not what I expected.
Shirley MacClaine was excellent(and very talented in many gendres) in her role.
"Two Mules for Sister Sara"
didnt jell...couldve named it better maybe...
Drank many cups of coffee over the years watching Eastwood movies...
All began with Rawhide tv series I suppose.....
God that was a long time ago.....
I rather watch Petticoat junction as a kid. Lol.
Another one in the middle of the night that I rarely see; Mannix. About as big of a classic as The Rockford Files. (That returned for a wee bit, then quickly disappeared. )

Re: Pale Rider
I used to love Rawhide as a kid. It was one of my favorites. Although I favored Eric Fleming over Clint at the time.
A shame he got eaten by piranhas.

Re: Pale Rider
Sophia Loren - one of my all-time favorites. Right along side Audrey Hepburn. Two of Hollywood's most fantastic.billy the kid wrote:Yep....Clint Eastwood did it for me.....HawkTheSlayer wrote:Lol.
