Shadow Communications Minister Sarah Henderson says “the ABC has completely and utterly lost the plot” after defending its “irresponsible” reporting of town locals holding a crisis meeting in Alice Springs.

“It is pointless dealing with David Anderson, the Editor-in-Chief, they clearly do not understand what it takes to be an impartial journalist,” Ms Henderson told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

“Not only should there be an apology and a retraction, as the mayor has called for, there needs to be training of journalists, there needs to be a review and an investigation into what happened.”

Defunding the ABC (the loony left bible) would be a good place to start.

I thought from day one, when Buttrose took over that it was the end
of the ABC as an unbiased media source.
Unfortunately, my memory is lacking when the pre Buttrose era
is reviewed...it may well have been just as bad...
However, the status quo is what counts...the here and now.....
And here and now, the abc simply cannot be trusted to produce
unbiased, objective, impartial journalism.
Unfortunately, not everyone is in agreeance...
The bottom line is...trust in the media is eroded because of
this doubt...
Thats if we are capable of recognizing the above....

I am at a total loss as to how any person can say that they
