If you can't find Louisiana crawfish tails, dont use Chinese crawfish tails. They are nasty and will ruin your meal.

Just substitute more shrimp, or crab meat.

I bought this chinese fish thing, frozen. looked good on the picture on the box.....until you opened it....and then took a much closer look at the picture on the box. It looked like someone had cleaned the fish, threw it back in the box with some vegetables. It looked like garbage. I took it back.

IF you read labels you can be confused by the number of servings on the nutrition label of products from china. In china...a cup is 6 oz. Actually....we'd probably be better off if we considered 6 oz a cup instead of eight...but then...we'd be as short as the chinese.

Chinese fish products are dirty and nasty. They farm tilapia and crawfish in the same pomd now.

The people live in huts over the ponds. They crap through a hole right into the pond. The tilapia eat the human poop. The crawfish eat the human poop AND the tilapia poop.

You don't even want to know what kind of health issues exist in the processing facilities.

You know, a cup of coffee has always been 6 ounces. Its been on most brewing direction labels for decades.

However. According to the Chinese that make all the coffee makers, a cup of coffee is 5 oz on their label.

I bought a new maker a while back. A small one. It was exactly the same as the one i had previously. Except..... this was a 5 cup maker and what i had was aa 4 cup.

I took it out of the package and everything was exactly the same. Even the decanter!

The only difference in the 2 decanters was the graduation marks! Lol

They took an ounce from each 6 ounce and made it a 5 cup-5 oz maker.
