Seems like no matter what they find, they never bring up charges against this illegitimate System. So why bother even having a "Justice Department" anymore? To me, it seems like another ceremonial thing they prop up to deceive the public into thinking the government is working as intended; that we still have "democracy" and "law and order", and all that. They have to keep up appearances if they want to continue covering up their crimes.

While there's a lot to unpack in Special Counsel Robert Hur's 388-page report on President Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents, a few passages documenting Biden's mental state as assessed by investigators is a bombshell set to become a significant new pain point for the White House as it struggles to insist Biden is fit to be president and serve another term.

In the special counsel's reasoning for why charges wouldn't be brought against the former president for mishandling classified documents, it turns out they just don't think a jury could be convinced to convict someone as hapless and elderly as Joe Biden.

"We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," the report states (emphasis added). "Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him - by then a former president well into his eighties - of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness," the report added.

The Democrat Party has painted itself into the proverbial corner . They cant get rid of Biden because they've put Harris in as his VP .They know that that move was a big mistake because Harris doesn't have what it takes for any high profile Federal job and is also compromised by the way she even got promotions in California . If they run her it will all come out but they can't get rid of her because of her color . Blacks and Hispanics are going to vote for Trump regardless of a Harris Democrat appointment . They ,Democtats , did what they wanted to do for the moment and now they're going to pay for it . All the corruption they utilized garnering votes along with rinos looking the other way with certain obvious voter fraud because they don't want an outsider (Trump) watching over their shoulders is coming to roost . If its possible to have a honest vote countv, Trump just might take every state but California .

Joe wasn't found innocent.  Hur says he took them, he took them knowingly, he didn't bother to secure them, and he shared them directly and indirectly with GOD KNOWS WHO.

All hur says is that he is not going to charge him because he is old and has poor memory and jurors would identify with him.     in the process he indirectly admtted the guy is not competent to handle the position of president.
