I refused to eat it as a kid but I can't recall why I hated it so much. Now the smell, and taste, is just awesome.

Im thinking of buying some pig trotters brine and smoke them, then boilin them up, I love pig skin its a textural thing , and the broth would make a great soup

I watched the movie Julie and Julia a couple of nights back , I really enjoyed it, it trigger something in me food wise , its got me thinking I would like to pursue some type of food business when i get shot of this place, only a few weeks now , maybe do a fine cooking course first , not sure where this will fall,

Unfortunately I don't eat out much anymore.

I used to go out a lot but now I rarely go out to eat at all. I DO however make some mean and tasty Brazilian cheese bread!
